Drawing and painting have always been at the core of Warren Petersen’s creative journey. With a deep reverence for traditional media—particularly oil painting—he is entering a new phase in which fine art becomes the central focus of his practice.
Warren’s process is intuitive and experiential. Much of his current work is shaped by personal experiences on a spiritual path—unlearning, healing, and moving through layers of conditioning toward something closer to truth. These inner shifts often begin as subtle impressions or frequencies—felt before seen. From there, he seeks or creates references that help bring that intangible sensation into form.

His aim is to translate these unseen experiences into visual language—to create paintings that carry the resonance of source energy and speak to others on their own journeys of transformation. Inspired by the old masters and their attempts to bring fragments of the divine into the physical world, Warren’s work strives to do the same: to express what lies just beyond the veil in a way that feels grounded, honest, and eternal.
He is currently building a cohesive body of work that reflects these themes and welcomes commissions that align with this vision.
